IntiSafe is a secure, end-to-end encrypted operating system for intimacy coordinators. It supports the full intimacy-coordination workflow: script breakdown, director and actor calls, rider language, shoot-day documentation, daily reports, and post-wrap archiving. The IntiSafe mobile and web applications and the website at intisafe.app (together, the “Service”) are owned and operated by CINTIMA LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Ownership of the Service

All software, source code, designs, layouts, user interfaces, text, graphics, icons, logos, and other materials that make up the Service are owned by CINTIMA LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in our Terms of Service, no part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, reverse-engineered, decompiled, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Trademarks

IntiSafe™ and CINTIMA™, together with their associated logos, are trademarks of CINTIMA LLC. All other product names, company names, and logos that appear in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

Your Records Remain Yours

IntiSafe is end-to-end encrypted. The content you create in the Service (script breakdowns, director and actor call notes, rider language, consent records, and reports, your “Records”) belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your Records. Because the Service is end-to-end encrypted, we hold them only in encrypted form and cannot read them.

Your records remain yours. IntiSafe treats your production documentation as legal records. If your membership lapses, is cancelled or paused, or your account is closed, whether by you or by us, your projects remain accessible to you in read-only mode and you can export each of them at any time, at no charge, including from a closed account. Exporting a project produces a zip file containing a generated PDF show binder and the documents you uploaded to that project, organized into folders. Scripts are deliberately excluded from exports: they belong to the production, not to us, and we do not redistribute them. You can also ask us at support@intisafe.app for a copy of the encrypted records we hold for you. We will not delete your project data unless you ask us to in writing, and you may ask us to return or delete it at any time.

Your access is governed by our Terms of Service.

Scripts and production materials

Scripts and other production materials you upload belong to the production or to whoever owns them, not to us and not to IntiSafe. We claim no rights in them whatsoever. They are encrypted on your device, we cannot read them, and we do not redistribute them: scripts are deliberately excluded from project exports for that reason. Where the Service parses a script to build a breakdown, that parsing runs on your device; nothing about the script leaves it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the production materials you put into IntiSafe, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Copyright concerns

IntiSafe is a private workspace, not a public or user-generated-content platform. Every account’s data is isolated to that account. Content is not published, shared with other users, or made available on any public surface, and it is end-to-end encrypted, which means we cannot view or assess what is stored. There is no mechanism by which a third party’s copyrighted work could be posted on IntiSafe where anyone else could see it.

If you believe someone is using IntiSafe to infringe your intellectual-property rights, contact us at support@intisafe.app with the details. Because we cannot read encrypted content, our response is necessarily limited to action at the account level, including suspending or terminating an account in appropriate circumstances. We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Because IntiSafe does not host public or shared content, the notice-and-takedown framework under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) does not apply to the service, and we do not maintain a designated agent under that section. If the service changes so that the framework becomes applicable, we will register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and update these Terms.

Third-party and open-source software

The Service incorporates third-party and open-source software components, including the on-device AI model used for script parsing. Each such component remains the property of its respective owner and is used under the terms of its applicable license. A list of these components and their licenses is available on request at support@intisafe.app.

Your license to use the Service

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you and ends if you stop complying with the Terms of Service.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or feature requests, we may use them freely without obligation to you, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not acquire ownership of your feedback by virtue of that license.
